Brief Biography of CSI Lead Personnel
Theresa has owned and operated Concession Solutions since August of 1994. During those 15 years she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, such as Universities, Convention Centers, Arenas, Fairs, Circus, Motor Speedways, Ice Skating rinks and Minor League Baseball Parks. This includes managing the concession and catering operations at the triple A Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Park for one season.
Prior to starting Concession Solutions, Theresa was the General Manager of Concessions at the University of Washington. She has also worked at the King Dome during the Mariners Baseball season, as well as the Seattle Center for Basketball, Hockey and a variety of events.
Being a general manager at the University of Washington provides Theresa with the insight of what it takes to manage a major University account. The University of Washington seats 73,000 fans and due to the age of the stadium it has its issues with power, plumbing, and available work space. During the last two years that Theresa managed the food service operation she increased sales 29%, increased per capita 37% and increased Client Commissions 37%.
Theresa has parlayed her experience as a manager of an operation and created a successful consulting business that allows her to share her knowledge with her clients.
Theresa has worked with her colleagues as well as on her own on projects of all sizes. In addition, Theresa is the Executive Director of the National Association of Collegiate Concessionaires (NACC). This is an organization that currently has 60 University concession operations as members. This is a unique association that provides Theresa access to a variety of University Concession operation data. The close relationship between the members and their willingness to share information to fellow members is unique and provides up to date information not readily available to other consultants.
Hope Kaser has helped with Concession Solutions projects since 2003.
Hope brings 19 years of experience to Concession Solutions. Managing the University of Notre Dame Concession operation 14 years, 2 years as a staff assistant at the University of Notre Dame and 3 years as an office manager for Service America the caterer at Century Center.
Hope is a past president of the NACC, and a very active member. Her personal relationship with the other colleagues provides her with up to date information not available to most consultants.
Sandi has helped with Concession Solutions projects since 2001.
During her time with Concession Solutions, she has worked with a variety of clients, such as Universities, Airport food vendors, Fairs, Arenas, and Minor League Baseball Parks.
She brings to Concession Solutions a great deal of experience, she has 7 years managing experience at the Dallas Reunion Arena with food services and merchandise, and 2 years working for the Seattle Mariners as a liaison between the Mariners and the food service company, 11 years experience managing the Seattle Center food service and merchandise, 3 years managing University of Washington food service.
All three have extensive experience working with and managing multiple subcontractors at all sizes of events from a small minor league ball park, University football stadiums with more than 80,000 fans, to professional sports in Arenas, football stadiums and baseball parks. Managing the sub-contractors included contracting sub-contractors, designing the contract between the two parties, inventory control as well as money control.
