Delivery:
There is a $5.00 minimum shipping and handling charge on all orders.
We use the USPS and FedEx Ground, FOB Shoreline, WA, for shippments within the contiguous 48 United States. We use USPS or FedEx Express, FOB Shoreline, WA., for all international orders plus Alaska and Hawaii.
